The Micropropagation and In Vitro Technologies working group of the Italian Society of Horticulture and Floriculture and the organizing committee of the Department of Agriculture and Forest Science of the University of Tuscia will hold the 5th National Conference on Micropropagation, VitroSOI 2024, in Viterbo, Italy from Ocober 14-16, 2024. The conference will address topics related to in vitro cultures in general, from micropropagation to strategies for conserving biodiversity, organogenesis, somatic embryogenesis, bioremediation, plant molecular farming, secondary metabolites, and technologies supporting genetic improvement. The conference, aimed at producers, traders, nurserymen, technicians, students, doctoral candidates and researchers in the horticultural, ornamental, aromatic, and medicinal plant sectors, aims to create a moment for meeting and dialogue between the world of scientific research and the world of production and commercialization.
